NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS ONLY STORE CREDIT. PLEASE ALLOW 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT
Très Soignée has a 7 days exchange policy from the date you received your order with Proof of Purchase. All ORIGINAL TAGS attached, ORIGINAL PACKAGING in ORIGINAL CONDITION. After 7 days we will not accept return, exchange or offer store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All returns should include ORIGINAL INVOICE. If you can not locate the original invoice, PRINT and include a copy of the ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAILED to you.
Items MUST BE unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, discolored and unsoiled (Makeup, Deodorant, and Fragrant rubbing off on the garment ect.) If an item appears to be worn or damaged we will not accept it for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT and it will be sent back to you. (NOTE: YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESHIPPING FEE.)
Incorrect size items can be exchanged for the correct size, the item (s) must be in the same condition they were received in. Please send CUSTOMER SERVICE AN EMAIL regarding this manner. If your item is out of stock at the time store credit will be issued. (NOTE: You are responsible for the RETURN SHIPPING COST).

- SWIMSUITS and COVER UPS items are FINAL SALE (FS).
- All WHITE” items are non-refundable. NO STORE CREDIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, send an email to “CUSTOMER SERVICE” within 3 business days from the time you receive your item to REQUEST A STORE CREDIT.
- If you receive a wrong order or Manufacturer Defect/Damage item, please accept our apology and we will take FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING COST. Please contact customer service.
- STORE CREDIT does not EXPIRE.
